The Atwima Nwabiagya Mutual Health Scheme through its Internal Generated Fund (IGF), is constructing a storey building office estimated at GH¢300,000 at Nkawie.
The first phase, which consist of offices for the Scheme Manager, Accountant, Data entry, Management Information System, Reception, Claim Officer, Dinning Hall and Accounts have been completed at the cost of GH¢114,300,000.
Mr James Agyarko Poku, Scheme Manager, told newsmen during an inspection of the building at Nkawie.
Mr Agyarko Poku said the construction of the office has reduced the congestion at the office.
He commended the Late Nana Twum Barima Appau the III, Nkawie-Kumahene for releasing land for the project.
Mr Agyarko thanked the Board Members and staff of Atwima Nwabiagya Mutual Health Insurance Scheme for the Project.
He said Atwima Nwabiagya Health Insurance Scheme was able to register 105,605 people from January to June 2008.
Mr Agyarko said the number included 48,966 children and 10, 196 adults.
