The training, which forms part of its contractual obligation, was to provide the team in-depth knowledge about the Common Platform, it components and value added services available for the two clients.

The training which commenced on December 9, 2019 and ended on December 13, 2019, gave the participants the opportunity to learn and experience how the common platform monitors international incoming traffic, fraud (Sim Box), mobile money and revenue assurance.

At the end of the session, the team were very grateful to KelniGVG for the additional knowledge and technical know-how they had acquired to leverage fully the benefits of the Common Platform.
