The second centre in the commercial hub of kumasi to offer an enhanced customer experience for better turnaround times and accessibility

 ·      VFS Global will establish four fully functional premium passport application centres for the convenience of residents in ghana by year-end.

To support the initiative by the ministry of foreign affairs and regional integration in ghana in the overall passport application and submission processes to cater to the growing demand amidst the timelines laid-out, vfs global is pleased to announce the launch of its new premium passport application centre in the affluent city of kumasi.

The new centre located in 2nd Floor, Thankful Heights, Plot 71D, Church Road, Adum, Kumasi will commence operations on 14 November 2019 and will
be the second Passport Application Centre in the country after the launch of its first centre in the capital city of Accra a year ago.

For the convenience of customers in the country, two more centres will be opened in the cities of Tamale and Takoradi before the end of 2019.
The Premium Passport Application Centre in Accra has processed over 40,000 passports since December 2018 while the new centre in Kumasi is
expected to handle over 15,000 applications per year.

The Premium Passport Application Centres offer several benefits which include better accessibility through longer working hours, improved turnaround times, comfortable centres with automated crowd management systems which all offer an enhanced customer experience. Additionally, customers can also access a host of personalised services like Premium Lounge facility access for dedicated services, form filling assistance by professional and well-trained staff, SMS service facility to track the status of the application to name a few. Group bookings, such as student groups, will find this new centre beneficial with their passport processing.
