Mr Ouattara said that Shell owes its over 90 year success in Ghana to its customer-centric products and services.
He said that the Shell Club Loyalty Program is another new Vivo Energy   Program designed to reward customers for using Shell.

He urged all motorists to register with any   of their selected service stations to build points that can be used to claim gifts from selected partners.
Mr Ouattara said that customers receive as much as 500 points immediately they are signed on to the programme and can start collecting their gifts right away. He added that Shell Club Loyalty Members can receive double or triple points when they purchase premium products or more than that once in a day.
He  assured  customers  that  the  programme  has  come  to  stay.

Speaking to the media, Mr Ouattara said that people found liable for losses incurred due to illicit activities of certain Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) or Individuals should be prosecuted. He also urged that the standards governing the operations of OMCs in the country should be enforced to avoid losses.
On the growth of OMCs in Ghana, Mr Ouattara said Shell is more determined than deterred to do well describing it as 'a driving force that will push Shell to do more to please customers'.

"I want to encourage all customers to visit any of the 100 selected service stations to sign up and start enjoying happiness at Shell" he noted.

About  the  Shell  Club  Loyalty  Program
The Shell Club Loyalty Program has been introduced to reward all motorists who register to join the club with gifts anytime they purchase Shell products using their Shell Loyalty Card or Tag.

Customers will be given a wide array of gifts ranging from food, electronics, airtime, entertainment, shopping vouchers, hampers, transport, health, sports, and special insurance packages for commercial drivers, and Exclusive gifts for Shell Club members from time to time.
