MTN Ghana and GES partner on local education projects

MTN and Ghana Education Service have teamed up on a number of education projects within the Cape Coast Municipality. Simon Amoh, the Central and Western Regional Manager for South-West District of MTN promised management will partner education authorities together with chiefs to end this rather negative trend. The projects will include a National spelling bee, essay competition, MTN teacher improvement award programme as well as national teacher awards.

MTN donated GHC 7,000 for the celebration of Oguaa Fetu Afahye scheduled for 02 September. In addition, the company also presented recharge cards worth GHC 1,000, assorted MTN souvenirs and hampers to the chiefs and people of the area.
