I will do what is within my power to improve the standard of living in the constituency," the MP-re-elected assured.
Mr Quansah expressed gratitude to the constituency party officials, his campaign team for working hard to achieve victory for the party.
He said he was not going to be the MP for only people who voted for him but for all the constituents.
"With the election over, let us bury the hatchet and unite to develop the constituency so that we can all feel proud of hailing from it," he said.
He urged the people to put the election behind them and work hard to fight the common enemy of poverty, disease and squalor which have plagued the people.
Mr Quansah said he would tap the views and suggestions of his political opponents for the development of the constituency and appealed to them to avail to him the programmes they have for the municipality.
