Six Parliamentary aspirants in Tema on Wednesday submitted their nomination forms to the Tema Regional Office of the Electoral Commission (EC).
Three of the aspirants are from the National Democratic Congress (NDC) and the other three are from the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
The NDC candidates are Mr Samuel Ofosu Ampofo, Minister of Local Government and Rural Development for (Tema West), Mr Kempes Papa Nii Ofosuware, Tema Metropolitan Chief Executive (Tema East) and Mr James Enu, private legal practitioner (Tema Central).
Those from the NPP are Mrs Irene Naa Torshie Addo, the incumbent MP for Tema West, Mr Daniel Nii Kwatei Titus-Glover, a member of the NPP's Presidential Campaign Team (Tema East), and Mr Kofi Brako, a businessman (Tema Central).
Mr Gabriel Manu, Tema Regional Director of the EC, received the forms and thanked the aspirants for their prompt response to the Commission's deadline for the submission of forms.
Mr Manu wished them the best of luck in their campaigns.
All the candidates pledged to conduct their campaigns in a healthy manner devoid of insults.
