Professor John Evans Atta Mills, flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), at the weekend,
said an NDC government would provide the country with quality leadership and social amenities.
He was speaking at separate durbars during his four-day campaign tour of the northern part of the Western Region.
Communities he visited included Bibiani, Sefwi Bekwai, Sefwi Wiawso, Bia, Enchi, Chirano, Juabeso, Nkontombra and Asankrangwa.
