Observers at the Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence have been particularly impressed by the maturity and professionalism exhibited by the young officials despite their age. Their positioning, communication and decision-making have reflected the impact of the continuous training and mentorship provided through the Catch Them Young Refereeing Programme.

The Catch Them Young Refereeing Policy forms part of the Association's broader strategy to identify and nurture the next generation of referees, providing them with valuable match experience in a competitive environment while preparing them for higher levels of officiating.
