The clock is ticking and time is running out for Women's Super League teams to add to their squads before the transfer window closes on 30 January.
As we near Thursday's 23:00 GMT deadline, BBC Sport's women's football news reporter Emma Sanders has been answering your questions.
Below is a selection of her responses to the questions put to her by fans of WSL clubs.
Anne: What's happening with Chloe Kelly? She is far too good to be sitting on the bench.
Emma: My information regarding Chloe Kelly's future is the same as it was a few weeks ago. I believe Kelly is still very keen for a move - most likely a loan - as she wants game time to secure her spot in the England squad at Euro 2025.
Manchester City were always reluctant to lose her to a rival in the WSL, making a loan move more difficult, and with their current injuries it may be too risky to let her go elsewhere. I'm not aware of anything changing on that front but it is definitely a situation I'm monitoring closely.
Layla: Would Kelly to Manchester United even make sense given that United have strength where she could potentially play?
Emma: I have not personally been told of any interest in Kelly from United. However, I agree - United have plenty of attacking options and I don't see the benefit for either party.
Robin: I think a great move for Chloe would be Brighton. She's got Nikita Parris and Fran Kirby there, they'd link up well and she'd get the minutes she needs. Do you agree?
Emma: I do agree Robin and sources told me at the start of the month that Brighton were among the clubs who had enquired about Chloe Kelly's situation. However, I don't believe anything transpired from that.
Brighton are still looking to see if they can bring in top players on a good deal. They are happy with their squad generally, so they are looking at players who can take them to the next level. I would not rule out Brighton doing some late business, but I'm not aware of anything currently.
Keira Walsh has been linked with a return to the WSL for the past two transfer windows
Adam: Could we see Arsenal pursue a move for Keira Walsh or will they wait until she is out of contract in the summer when Barcelona can let her go for free?
Emma: The general feeling throughout January has been that Barcelona's stance was made clear and Keira Walsh was unlikely to leave this month. That position, as far as I know, has not changed. Arsenal's long-standing interest definitely remains and it's likely they will try to sign her on a free transfer in the summer.
Lucy: Is there any suggestion of Arsenal doing anything before the end of the window?
Emma: We are expecting Arsenal to announce the signing of USA defender Jenna Nighswonger for what we believe is an £80,500 fee. Other than that, I am not aware of any other incomings. We expect it to be fairly quiet at Arsenal, however, I would not rule out a late move from them if they suddenly become aware of a target being available earlier than originally planned.
Katie: Should Arsenal have done more this transfer window?
Emma: They have used this window as an opportunity to plan for the future, focusing on sorting out Renee Slegers' permanent position as manager and settling the ship. They hoped to secure loan moves for several of their young players, which they were able to do. January is usually a tough window to recruit so I wouldn't feel too disheartened by a quiet month as long as Arsenal secure their targets in the summer.
Leah: Do you expect any incomings for Villa now a new manager has been announced - or even some more outgoings?
Emma: At the time of writing, Villa were not expecting any imminent arrivals or outgoings, however, they are one of the clubs that are still actively working towards the deadline to see if they can bring some of their targets in before the summer.
Riley: What do Chelsea need in addition to Naomi Girma?
Emma: I think Chelsea are pretty happy with where the squad is at. They have been looking at defensive midfielders for a while, mainly with an eye to the future and because Sophie Ingle is currently out with an anterior cruciate ligament injury. However, I don't know of any signings that are imminent. They got their number one target in Naomi Girma and have been working hard behind the scenes on contract renewal negotiations.
Lucy: Will Eve Perisset leave Chelsea?
Emma: Eve Perisset was not in the squad for Sunday's defeat by Arsenal and has been linked with a move away. That is definitely a situation to keep an eye on.
Joe: Are there any updates on Millie Bright, Erin Cuthbert and Kadeisha Buchanan's contracts?
Emma: I'm told there have been positive conversations with Erin Cuthbert, Kadeisha Buchanan and Millie Bright but I have no update to share.
Toby: Is there anything Nikki Doucet (chief executive of NewCo) can do to tackle the growing disparity in expenditure between the clubs? It is becoming a major issue for the WSL. It's no coincidence Chelsea are top and Palace bottom sadly.
Emma: It's definitely a conversation that is being had by the Women's Professional Leagues Limited and club representatives. I know many clubs in the WSL are also frustrated by the current Governing Body Endorsement (GBE) criteria. That means foreign players coming to the league must earn a minimum number of points in five categories to be eligible for a GBE visa.
But with a number of players unable to meet the WSL's high criteria, it means the market is smaller and the top clubs tend to come out on top. That is an area that I think can be addressed and might help clubs lower down the league to sign up and coming talent from abroad. The number of appearances they have made for their national team is one factor, for example.
For what it is worth, I believe Palace are still hopeful of bringing in at least one more signing before the deadline closes. They are working hard to try to get more players over the line.
Sarah: Have Leicester made any progress in transfers? For a team with no striker and a heavily injured frontline, they appear to have made zero progress on addressing their major missing puzzle piece.
Emma: I definitely expected more from Leicester in the transfer window and I think it is a risk to have not stocked up on attacking players considering the injury crisis. There is nothing on my radar currently but I know manager Amandine Miquel is keen to remain active up until the deadline.
Geoff: Are Manchester United looking to add strength? The signing of Kayla Rendell is fantastic. Do you think an attacking midfielder or another striker is possible?
Emma: Bringing in a goalkeeper was always United's priority this month. They did some strong business in the summer to avoid having to make big changes in January. Manager Marc Skinner has still been keen to add depth though so I would expect them to continue looking until the window shuts but I am not aware of anything happening at the moment.
Violet: What do you think of West Ham's transfer window? Although they've had two contract extensions - which is good in the long term - they have only signed one player (so far) and put one on loan (again).
Emma: January is a really tough window to recruit in, especially for clubs lower down the WSL table so I think West Ham have done relatively well. They have brought in two defenders with international experience and not lost any of their key players - which they have done in previous windows. As it stands, I'm not expecting any more business at West Ham but you never know!
