Medical practitioner and Confederation of Africa Football (CAF) medical team member, Dr Prince Pambo has been handed a role in the upcoming continental club competition.

Pambo is expected to team up with Dr Joseph Kabungo of Kenya to play the role of medical officers for the second leg ties of the two semi final matches between Zamalek vrs Raja Casablanca and Al Ahly vrs Wydad Casablanca.

Also handed a role is the deputy General Secretary of the Ghana Football Association, (GFA) Alex Asante who has been appointed as the General Coordinator for the two matches.

This is not the first time Ghanaians have been appointed to serve on various CAF roles as ex-Ghana legend, Tony Baffoe, has also been picked to serve in various capacities for the continental football governing body.
