In what was an evenly contested final with Bankyem, regulation time proved inadequate for both teams so penalties followed. Cyanide won 5-3 in the shootout.
The champions won for themselves, the prestigious trophy, gold medals, Tigo souvenirs and a cash prize of Ghc500.
Losing finalists, Bankyem, had reason to smile as they were given silver medals, Tigo souvenirs and Ghc300.
Kadadwen took third place and won a cash price of Ghc200 and Tigo souvenirs.
Robert Azaletey, captain of winners Cyanide, walked away with the best player award, for which he got a brand new Samsung smart phone.
Tigo Community Soccer moves to Techiman in the Brong Ahafo this weekend.
