Norway condemned the brutal attack on civilians in Jaffa Street in Jerusalem, according to a statement of Norwegian Ministry Foreign Affairs.
In a rampage along Jerusalem's crowded Jaffa Street thoroughfare, a bulldozer driven by a terrorist hoisted and overturned a packed 13 bus, while extending its shovel and plowing into several vehicles and pedestrians. Three dead and nearly 70 injured in the violence on Wednesday.
The attack was claimed by a Hizbollah-sponsored terrorist group called the Galilee Liberation Brigades.
Norway conveys its deepest condolences and sympathy to the families of the victims. This unacceptable act did harm to all Israelis and all Palestinians, the statement said.
Jonas Gahr Store, the Norwegian Minister of Foreign Affairs, called on Israeli and Palestinian leaders to pursue their discussions, despite this violent act, in order to make progress in the ongoing negotiation process.
