Olam Agri has spent over three decades investing across African markets as a long-term operator and partner to governments. Recent investments include a US$40m first state-of-the-art pasta facility (US$40m) in Ghana and a US$50m soybean crushing and feed mill complex in Nigeria, one of the largest in sub-Saharan Africa, supporting local production, processing and value addition. This is supplying Olam Agri's feed-milling unit and its edible oil unit subsidiary, Ruyat Oil, which specialises in processing and refining various vegetable oils for the Nigerian market.
