The redesigned gazette now comes with a distinctive gold coloured Coat of Arms embedded with security features, along with a unique watermark that is clearly visible, making it impossible to replicate through conventional or unauthorized means.
In a statement issued on Monday, May 5, the Ghana Publishing Company Limited said, “The new design is part of GPCL’s broader strategy to safeguard the integrity of official gazettes and eliminate the proliferation of fake copies. The gold insignia is clear and unmistakable and provides authenticity that both institutions and individuals can confidently rely on.”
This security upgrade reinforces GPCL’s role as a trusted custodian of official information and a key partner in promoting good governance and legal certainty in Ghana.
