Among the families featured in the special editions from series six are the Jacksons who need help renovating their house in Rockville, Maryland after mother of four Felicia took on her late sister’s eight children. The team also transform the home of former soldier Patrick Tutwiler, who was injured while serving in Iraq, and bring joy to Bernard McFarland, whose deteriorating house in Indianapolis, Indiana gets rebuilt from the ground up. Expect the usual tears of emotion as houses are transformed and lives are changed forever.

On M-Net this month is Nigeria’s legendary Fela Kuti. Often described as Africa’s Bob Marley the composer, Afrobeat pioneer and human rights activist will tell viewers more about his life and work and will perform some of his influential songs in the documentary, MUSIC IS A WEAPON.? Airing on Thursday December 16 the artist will perform hits like; ITT, Army Arrangement and Authority Stealing. M-Net will also be showcasing his son Fela Kuti and his band, Positive Force performing LIVE AT THE SHRINE on Thursday December 23.?
