Mr George Eric Gyamfi-Osew, Marketing Director, National Lottery Authority (NLA), is one of the newest professionals selected for inclusion in International WHO'S WHO Historical Society.
He would be listed in the 2009 edition of International WHO'S WHO of Professionals.
A statement issued by the International WHO'S WHO Historical Society, said Mr Gyamfi-Osew had held the position of a Marketing Director of the NLA since 2003.
He provides oversight for the Authority's marketing functions in order to accomplish two goals such as increase the level of sales and improve the image of the brand.
With a focus on achieving the corporate objective of the Authority, thus maximizing revenue generation for national development, he develops and deploys innovative marketing strategies.
Playing a major role within the Authority's structure, Mr Gyamfi-Osew strives to create unique customer experiences that ensure retention and
contribute to positive relationships between the customer and the NLA.
Not only is he responsible for overseeing advertising activities that demonstrate what the Authority can do for the customer, but also for
ensuring that the promise delivered by a given ad is realised in the eye of the customer.
