The criteria for selecting these deserving customers as explained by the Head of Customer Experience and Care, Ivan Sapeh, was they sifted through customers who had not disconnected for a single day in the last seven years and rewarded ten (10) residential customers with an additional month of their current subscription and at no additional cost.

In addition, at MultiChoice Ghana branches countrywide, throughout this week customers whilst waiting to be attended to were refreshed with a cold drink and pastries while they had the opportunity to walk away with some branded merchandise from a lucky dip. Ivan Sapeh expressed his gratitude to customers for their continued   custom and expressed MultiChoice Ghana’s commitment to deliver the best local and international family entertainment for customers in Ghana.

Customer Service Week, celebrated globally, is a dedicated time to recognize and appreciate the importance of outstanding customer service.
