The eight-track album was produced by Osofo Amoako who also wrote all the songs and he is excited that everything turned out well.
“I really took my time to come out with this album and I am glad it turned out well. As the saying goes, first impressions always count so I had to make sure it will make a good first impression and here we are.
"I wrote all the songs myself, I had a fair idea how I wanted it to turn out and that is exactly what happened,” he told Graphic Showbiz recently.
Other songs on the album include Hu Me Mobo and Aseda Wo M'anum which features the sweet-voiced Martha. Mesom Wo features Kwasi Nyarko and it talks about the greatness of God and the fact that He alone deserves to be worshipped.
Hu Me Mobo emphasises the fact that we are all sinners who have fallen short the glory of God and deserve to be pardoned. It is a very emotional song which can easily bring tears to the eyes of the listener.
According to Osofo Amoako, he intends to release more albums in the course of the year. “There is no stopping for me, I have been singing for a very long time and winning souls for Christ through music and now that I have done it professionally, I intend to do it for a very long time to come,” he stated.
Osofo Nyarko used the opportunity to talk about his church’s crusade which started on Monday, February 24 and will end on February 28 at the Bantama Presby School Park in Kumasi.
"I entreat everyone to be there with their family and friends, everyone who comes will be blessed beyond measure.”
Kumasi-based Gospel musicians Daniel Kusi, Maa Grace, Kwasi Nyarko among others will all be part of the crusade which is at 5 p.m. each evening.
Osofo Amoako is the head pastor of All Believers Prayer Ministry in Kumasi. He is married with two sons.
