Food Festival slated for Saturday, 9^th February, 2018 from 11am – 7pm at Alliance Francaise

Accra premises.   Orange ID is an event and talent management company based in Accra, Ghana. It was

founded in 2014, and has been the organizer of the Art of Mixology series of events which is Accra’s

longest running mixology competition, as well as organizers of the maiden edition of the West African

Food Festival in 2017.

The West African Food Festival is a large, family-friendly festival featuring independent vendors selling

food, merchandise, art, small-scale cultural performances and a kids zone, all celebrating the rich cultural

diversity and heritage of West African food. The second edition of the West African Food Festival brings

different foods from sixteen (16) West African countries together for an unrivaled, tasty food

extravaganza in one location.

The General Manager of Orange ID said “The maiden edition was great, but this year’s edition will be

greater and better, providing opportunities to attendees to learn about the sub-region and the kinds of foods offered by each country.  Discover our foodie paradise as you decide on how you’ll pair the food with the drinks – including our signature event cocktail”.  A bar will be available throughout the day to satisfy your thirst, he added.

Attendees are invited to sample a variety of tasty treats from a menu designed to offer something for

everyone. Whether you're hungry for something grilled, steamed, smoked, baked, fried, fruity, or frozen,
