Kylie Jenner is being sued for allegedly copying a British artist's "lip bite" work.
Sara Pope is said to be taking legal action over the bright neon lips seen in a trailer for the star's new reality series, premiered in May 2017.
An image very similar to Sara's Temptation Neon is seen in the promotion for Life Of Kylie.
US website TMZ says it has seen legal documents filed by Ms Pope against Kylie Jenner.
But a statement given to the website also claims the star had nothing to do with the choice of images, created by a third party.
And here's the image that can be seen in the trailer for Kylie's latest reality show.
It's not the first time Kylie has been accused.
In November 2016 make-up artist Vlada Haggerty claimed Kylie had used her ideas in adverts for her make-up range.
She was also accused of copying YouTuber Shannon Harris after she released her first "Kyshadow" eyeshadow palette in summer 2016.
More recently, Kylie and her sister Kendall apologised for using images of iconic musicians on T-shirts, which were covered up by their own faces.
Sharon Osbourne and the mother of Notorious B.I.G. were among the high profile names to criticise the sisters.
Kylie Jenner is yet to comment on the latest legal case, instead using her social media this week to promote a new range of make-up and a "delicious" pill that she takes to keep her hair healthy.
