SIC announces that the Board of Directors will be recommending to the shareholders at the upcoming 18th Annual General Meeting the payment of a final dividend of GHS0.0511 per share in respect of the 2024 financial year.
Qualifying Date
All shareholders registered in the books of SIC at the close of business on Wednesday, 10 December 2025, will qualify for the final dividend.
Closure Date
The register of shareholders will be closed from Thursday, 11 December 2025, to Friday, 12 December 2025 (both days inclusive).
Ex-Dividend Date
In view of the foregoing, the ex-dividend date has been set as Monday, 8 December 2025. Consequently, an investor purchasing SIC shares before this date will be entitled to the final dividend. However, an investor buying SIC shares on or after Monday, 8 December 2025, will not be entitled to the final dividend.
Final Dividend Payment Date
The proposed final dividend of GHS0.0511 per share, if approved, will be paid on Monday, 19 January 2026.
