In the true spirit of Christmas, KFC Ghana, a leading name in the fast-food industry, has launched a heartwarming series of meal donations as part of its KFC Cares Initiative.
With a focus on spreading love, joy, and their iconic Finger Lickin’ Good meals, KFC Ghana is bringing festive cheer to underserved communities across Accra this December.
On Sunday, 25th September, KFC Ghana kicked off its Christmas mission by putting smiles on the faces of over 300 children in the James Town community. This meaningful gesture marks the beginning of a series of impactful activities, with the brand’s commitment to feeding 1,000 underprivileged children this holiday season.
Partnering with celebrated Ghanaian musician Gasmilla, KFC Ghana joined his annual tradition of feeding and entertaining children in James Town. The collaboration saw KFC donating over 300 delicious meals, ensuring that children and their families experienced a memorable moment of joy and warmth during the festive season.
Speaking at a media briefing, a representative from KFC Ghana reaffirmed the company’s dedication to uplifting local communities, stating that “This initiative highlights our unwavering commitment to sharing meals and creating moments of joy, fostering hope, unity, and goodwill during this special time of year.”
In addition to the James Town donation, KFC Ghana will continue its goodwill efforts with a Street Kids Donation Drive on Friday, 20th December, and a donation to the Kinder Orphanage in Prampram in partnership with the Lions Club.
The collaboration with Gasmilla and KFC’s broader outreach efforts reflect the company’s deep belief in the power of giving back. By prioritising love, unity, and shared experiences, KFC Ghana is not only providing meals but also building stronger communities and inspiring hope this Christmas season.
