The initiative features interactive sessions where customers share their experiences and expectations for future banking services directly with bank staff. During this period, senior leaders at Absa will take the opportunity to visit loyal customers, and employees are participating in team-building exercises aimed at reinforcing customer service principles.

Among the activities planned to delight customers are health screenings in selected Absa Bank branches. These will include eye screenings, blood sugar tests, and blood pressure checks. The bank is also offering instant giveaways to customers who sign up for digital products.
