United Bank for Africa Ghana Ltd. (UBA Ghana) has received a five-star rating for overall service quality and satisfaction for traditional and remote banking, and among top five banks in customer loyalty.
UBA scored 5-star along with 10 other banks gaining 94% on service reliability and 97.6% on service excellence.
This was revealed in the Customer Satisfaction Index Report, presented by the Chartered Institute of Marketing Ghana (CIMG) in collaboration with the Ghana Association of Bankers.
While an overall satisfaction index of 94%, UBA scored above the average with 97%, also a 5-star performance.
Digital / Online Platforms – 74% of all respondents are not signed up on any Digital channel of Banks.
Commenting on the survey, Mr. Olalekan Balogun, CEO & Managing Director for UBA Ghana commended the bank’s customers for reposing their trust in UBA Ghana.
“We recognize the changing needs of our customers’ demand and adopt innovative ways to satisfy them. I want to assure our customers that we will not relent on our efforts to improve the quality of service we render because indeed the customer comes first”.
