Madam Josephine Dzotsi, Volta Regional Director, Ministry of Trade and Industry says the Ministry in collaboration with stakeholders would be sensitizing the people of Oti and Volta regions on the implementation of government's One District- One Factory initiative (1D1F).
She said the exercise would afford the Ministry the opportunity to give detailed explanations to the people on the initiative for successful implementation.
Madam Dzotsi in an interview with the Ghana News Agency said there were some changes to the initial idea of how the 1D1F initiative would be rolled out, hence, the need to engage the citizenry and dialogue on the way forward.
On concerns that the region had not benefited enough from the 1D1F, Dr Archibald Yao Letsa, Volta Regional Minister said he had a list of companies under the initiative that were either established already or being established.
