Enterprise Group (EG), a leading insurance company, has opened a new service centre in Accra to enhance service delivery to its customers.
Located within its head office branch christened the ‘Advantage Place’, the office, ‘Enterprise Market’ (EM), is an innovation of the EG that offers a one-stop shop for all the services that are offered within the company.
The Chief Executive Officer of the group, Mr Keli Gadzepko, said at the launch that it was the fifth of such markets to be opened in the last three years - three in Accra and one each in Kumasi and Tema - following positive feedback.
He said the services of the EM were holistic and seamless, irrespective of whether one was a client of Enterprise Insurance, Enterprise Trustee or the rest of the subsidiaries, and had brought exceptional relief, especially to those who did business with more than one subsidiary.
“The Enterprise Market is a symbol of our one enterprise culture that ensures that our clients experience the same superior and standardised service no matter which Enterprise subsidiary they may be dealing with or how they interface with us,” he stated.
Mr Gadzepko said the aim of the company was to ensure that the seamless client experience was replicated across all its customer touch points.
“We will continue to roll out one-stop shops for all our services.
They could take the form of digital channels available on phone or computer, as dictated by the needs of our cherished clients. After all, our business is to make their life simpler and experiences better,” he added.
The EM concept
The Managing Director of Enterprise Insurance, Mrs Ernestina Abeh, said the intent of the company was to cater for the needs of its customers from when they were born throughout their lifetime, and the company, with its one-stop-shop concept, offered the perfect vehicle to achieve that.
“From the cradle, the child can benefit from an educational policy from Enterprise Life if the parents are no longer around; Enterprise Insurance steps in to provide protection for assets when he / she grows; Enterprise Trustees starts managing the pension contributions while Enterprise Property comes in to provide protection for the assets, ”she explained.
She added that Transitions, the funeral people, provided a burial service to ensure that one had a dignified farewell.
The Head, Group Corporate Communications and Synergy, Mrs Phyllis Wood Nartey, said EG had chalked up a lot of significant firsts in its 95-year history and the market concept was the first of its kind.
“To date, Enterprise Market is the only place where you will be able to find the plethora of financial services that we offer under one roof.
I dare say it is only in Enterprise Market that you will be able to access these services within the ambience that we offer, with the same kind of professional staff,” she said.
“Being the first is great but being the best is more important; and for us, Enterprise Market with its structure, systems and the values that we exhibit is the best that this industry has to offer, and I will encourage the public to settle for nothing less than the enterprise standard,” she said.
