Kenyan telecom operator wins first place in the latest Forbes ranking of the best employers in the world.
Forbes, for the second time, has named the world’s 500 Best Employers, based on its annual Forbes Global 2000 ranking of the world’s 2000 largest publicly traded companies copied to the Ghana News Agency.
Kenyan's Safaricom, placed in the 67th position, followed by South African Naspers in the 224th position.First Rand and Sanlam placed 432nd and 457th, respectively, as the showing of Africa's best employers according to the Magazine.

According to Safaricom’s latest annual report, the company had 6,130 employees at the end of March 2018, with an average age of 27 years.
