The National Investment Bank (NIB) has opened a branch at the Kumasi City Mall. A statement signed by Charles Komla Wordey, the Head Corporate Affairs, National Investment Bank Ltd and copied to the Ghana News Agency said the Kumasi City Mall branch is the Seventh NIB Branch in the Ashanti Region and the 48th branch nationwide.
It said the opening of the Kumasi City Mall branch comes a week after the Makola Branch was opened in Accra.During the brief at the opening ceremony, Mr John Kweku Asamoah, the MD/CEO of NIB reiterated his call on staff to make excellent customer service delivery their top priority.
He said excellent service delivery was a prerequisite for business success in the highly competitive banking industry. He urged staff to endeavour to understand the socio-cultural beliefs of customers, as this was critical to delivering excellent customer satisfaction. He said NIB would open two additional branches in the Ashanti Region before the close of the year.
He added that, NIB was poised to bring banking to the door step of customers hence the drive to open more branches nationwide and urged customers to patronise the products and services the bank.
