Three customers of Stanbic Bank won a total of GH¢22,500 in fixed deposit investments after emerging winners of the bank’s ‘Stretch your Money Promo’ on Thursday.
The final draw held in Accra saw a total entry of 9,000 coupons across the bank’s branches throughout the country.
Mr S.A. Akyibah of Fishing Harbour Branch in Tema won the third prize of GH¢5,000 while Atta B. Felix of Suame took the second prize of GH¢7,500.
Overall winner, Kwabena Anning of Adum, got GH¢10,000 worth of investments.
The 12-week ‘Stretch your money Promo’ was launched in February, this year to encourage Ghanaians to invest towards their future.
It was also to motivate customers to cultivate good banking habits whilst maximising gains for their income and investments.
The Head of Personal Banking at Stanbic Bank, Mr Ben Mensah, said the promotion was a demonstration of the financial institution’s
commitment to its customers, and called on them to take advantage of the bank’s unique offerings and products and expand their investments.
The promotion required new customers to open current accounts with minimum amount of GH¢300, which qualify them to enter the draw.
The amount qualified the customer to win a coupon and a free visa debit card as well as an international debit card.
On the other hand, existing customers were required to acquire a personal or vehicle loan and also to top-up monies in their accounts
to qualify them into the promotion.
There was a mid-term draw within each region where customers of the bank across the nation won prizes for their loyalty to the bank.
