Israeli Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman was interrogated eight hours by the National Fraud Squad of the Israel Police over suspected corruption.
This was the fourth interrogation undergone by the minister since he took office in March.
Spokesman for Israel Police, Micky Rosenfeld, told Xinhua that Lieberman was probed over the suspected corruption case in which he received a bribe via a consulting company where his daughter worked.
He is also suspected of other offences, including fraud, breach of trust, and violation of money laundering legislation.
The police will continue further investigation into Lieberman's conduct if necessary, the spokesman added.
The foreign minister was first questioned a day after he assumed his new post. At the time, he asked the police to accelerate the probe against him in order to complete it as soon as possible.
In recent weeks, the foreign minister petitioned Israeli High Court of Justice against the ongoing proceedings against him.
