"My invitation to Ghanaians abroad is to prepare to come home to take advantage of the duty free and tax holiday policies the PNC Administration will extend to Ghanaians, who by the time of my Swearing-in on January 7, 2009 as the President of Ghana, would have been living abroad continuously for six months."
