He said this in an exclusive interview on CITI TV’s Football Made In Ghana in the aftermath of his team’s progression to the 2024 MTN FA Cup Final.
Nsoatreman beat Legon Cities 2-1 in the semifinals at the WAFA Park in Sogakope to set up a final matchup against crosstown rival Bofoakwa Tano.
The final takes place on June 23 at the University of Ghana Stadium with the winner sealing qualification to the CAF Confederation Cup.
Speaking about the final, Nsoatreman’s GM was confident about his team’s readiness to compete in the African terrain stating,
“We are ready. Once we are in the final, we want to win it and go to Africa. Once we get the opportunity, we will play in the Africa competition and do well. It’s difficult that we have to play the final in Accra but don’t have an option.”
Nsoatreman General Manager Eric Alagidede
“In our (Division One) playoff game against Tamale City FC, we brought a lot of fans to Accra over 30 buses. So it will be a similar thing we will organize more buses to bring more supporters to come and boost the support of the boys.”
