St Mirren can return to the Scottish Premiership's top six by avoiding defeat against Hamilton Academical, but manager Jim Goodwin is without a clutch of players.
Jake Doyle-Hayes suffered an ankle injury in Saturday's draw at Aberdeen and joins Kristian Dennis, Eamonn Brophy, Jamie McGrath and Collin Quaner on the sidelines.
Hamilton head coach Brian Rice will assess Charlie Trafford after the midfielder was taken off in the derby win over Motherwell on Saturday with a back problem.
Shaun Want (thigh), Lewis Smith (hamstring) and Nathan Thomas (groin) have been out in recent weeks while David Templeton (groin) is sidelined for the remainder of the season
St Mirren manager Jim Goodwin: "Obviously we made some bold statements in the summer about wanting to become a top-six club consistently.
"We are in the mix at the moment, we are not quite there yet, we need to win three games before the split and we believe we are capable of doing it. We have more points in the table at this point than any other season which is great credit to the staff and the players for all their hard work up until now."
Hamilton Academical head coach Brian Rice: "To get a result would be a fantastic. But it would only be three points and then we would move on to Saturday.
"To win tomorrow night would move us above Kilmarnock with a game in hand so if you look at it from that aspect, it would be massive but then we would see where we go from there."
Did you know? Hamilton have scored once in their last five league games against St Mirren.
