Ross County have made a second signing in 24 hours by bringing former Hearts loan defender Connor Randall back to the Scottish Premiership.
He joins midfielder Stephen Kelly, who arrived on loan from Rangers.
Randall played 27 times for Hearts in season 2017-18 on loan from Liverpool and was most recently with Arda Kardzhali in Bulgaria's top flight.
"At only 24, Connor has some terrific experience behind him," said manager Stuart Kettlewell.
Kelly, 20, was loaned to Ayr United last season and scored six times in 33 appearances.
"Stephen has some great attributes, and we feel those will complement what we have and help us build our Premiership squad for the upcoming campaign," Kettlewell said of his first summer signing.
