Clarence Seedorf, the Head Coach of the Cameroonian National Team, the Indomitable Lions, has refused to discuss his future with the team, after the defending champions crashed out from the ongoing African Cup of Nations (AFCON), in Egypt.
He said, the important thing was the good team they have built, which would see more improvements on and off the pitch in future.
The Indominitable Lions, suffered a 3-2 defeat to Super Eagles of Nigeria in round of 16 in Alexandria last Saturday.
Speaking after the defeat, the former Dutch international said,"the first thing is I'm very sorry for the boys. They have worked really hard and played well but this is football and only one can win in the end".
The former AC Milan Star said, he enjoyed every minute of work with the team especially in the AFCON and he would see what comes in the future.
"I feel disappointment obviously and also some anger because I thought we were a little bit tense in a few moments, but I have to appreciate the players have done everything they could today. It was not enough.
"I repeat that we would stay united and not throw away all the great work the team has done in the last months," he added.
Seedorf, has won just three of his nine competitive games since taking over the Indomitable Lions alongside assistant Patrick Kluivert last August and has struggled to convince that he is the right man for the job.
