Former world champion Kimi Raikkonen will leave Ferrari at the end of this season.
The move, announced by the Italian team on Tuesday, brings an end to the 38-year-old's second spell with Ferrari after five years.
Ferrari have not yet confirmed the Finn's replacement, but it will be 20-year-old Sauber driver Charles Leclerc.
Monaco-born Leclerc will partner Sebastian Vettel, after impressing in his maiden F1 season.
The future of Raikkonen - the last Ferrari driver to win the world championship, in 2007 - is uncertain, with limited openings on the 2019 grid.
Ferrari said in a statement: "Kimi's contribution to the team, both as a driver and on account of his human qualities, has been fundamental. He played a decisive role in the team's growth and was, at the same time, always a great team player.
"As a world champion for Scuderia Ferrari, he will always be part of the team's history and family. We thank Kimi for all of this and wish him and his family a prosperous future."
