<h2><span style="font-size:14px">The launch of the 2017/18 Ghana Premier League has been cancelled following a court injunction.</span></h2>

<div>Officials of the Premier League Board held an emergency meeting on Monday evening and concluded the planned launch should be terminated.</div>

<div>The league which was scheduled to kick off this weekend, has been placed in a state of doubt after Great Olympics served the Ghana FA an injunction letter today in protest of Bechem United fielding an unqualified against them last season.</div>

<div>"We have served the GFA general secretary, Ike Addo with a Motion on notice from court," Oloboi told Happy FM.</div>
