Premier league side, Power F/C on Sunday lost 1 -2 to the Black Starlets in a trial football match at the Cape Coast Sports stadium.
Starlets, who played a more purposeful game went ahead as early as the first minute when midfielder, Victor Ayeri, scored the opener in a goal mouth tussle.
The early set back propelled Power FC on and they met their opponents squarely until the end of the first half.
Power FC came back strongly from the recess to cancel the deficit in the 70th minute through centre forward, Francis Impraim.
The game from then became a ding-dong affair and when the match was almost coasting to a drawn game, Ayeri who played a yeoman's game was on hand again to score the match winner with a sizzling shot in the 88th minute to make victory certain for the youngsters.
