The Constitutional Review Committee is set to submit its report to President John Dramani Mahama on Monday November 24, 2025.

The eight-member committee set up in January this year and chaired by Prof. H. Kwasi Prempeh is tasked with identifying gaps and challenges in the implementation of previous constitutional review efforts.

The committee has engaged with stakeholders to gather diverse perspectives and formulate actionable recommendations to strengthen Ghana’s democratic processes.
