The DHL Ghana Limited Open Golf championship tees off at the Tema Country Golf Course on Saturday, November 13 and ends on Sunday, November 14.
Mr Ebenezer Adablanu, Chief Executive Officer of the club who announced this at Tema, said the 36-Hole Scratch event, open to amateur and professional golfers as well as corporate clients of the company forms part of activities marking the 20th anniversary celebration of the company.
He said players with Handicap 14 qualify to participate in the event but consideration would be given to players with Handicap 18 to participate.
The professionals' four-day play began on Thursday and will end on Sunday while the amateurs' event kick-starts on Saturday through to Sunday.
Mr Solomon Duodoo, Zonal Commercial Manager of DHL Ghana told the GNA that crack golfers were expected to make the anniversary a successful one.
The Longest Drive on Hole 18 would receive a prize at the event.
Mr E.O.T. Prempeh, a Director of the company is to be the Special Guest of Honour.
