Nii Ashikuei Kwaobotswe II, Director of Administration of the National Theatre, on Wednesday appealed to Ghanaians to exhibit a high sense of responsibility to ensure peace in the presidential run-off on December 28.
He said the nation was at the crossroad and if people would eschew negative attitudes and behaviours and rather pray to God in sincerity and honesty, He (God) would show the way to peace and stability.
Nii Kwaobotswe II said this at a festival of nine lesions and carols held in Accra by the National Theatre of Ghana.
The event brought together various singing groups including the National Symphony Orchestra, Tema Youth Choir and Calvary Methodist Junior Choir.
He said the National Theatre had a core mission to promote and develop arts, culture, and music and dance.
