Life Is Tech Africa adopts a self-taught, game-based learning model. Through interactive modules, students learn coding and programming in a fun and engaging way. This approach, proven successful in Japan, fosters creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork by gamifying the learning process, making it feel more like an adventure than a traditional classroom.

The platform offers age-appropriate coding courses that progress with the learner’s skills. Beyond technical instruction, the program emphasizes real-world applications, encouraging students to innovate and use their new skills to solve problems in their communities.

Addressing Africa’s Digital Skills Gap

Africa’s youth population is rapidly growing, but many young people lack the digital skills needed to compete in today’s tech-driven world. Life Is Tech Africa aims to fill this gap with tailored courses for students from upper primary to senior high school and further to the tertiary level in Ghana. These workshops gave both students and teachers a chance to experience Life Is Tech’s lessons firsthand and provide feedback for improvement.
