Known in full form as Group 4 Securicor, G4S is a British multinational private security company headquartered in London, England. The company was established in July 2004 when London-based Securicor merged with Danish firm Group 4 Falck to form G4S. It is involved in designing, marketing, and delivering a wide range of security-related services.
