The Ghana Education Service (GES) has congratulated candidates of the 2021 West African Senior School Certificate Examinations on their sterling performance following the release of the provisional results.
The provisional results were released on Wednesday, December 8, 2021.
A statement signed by the Head of the Public Relations Unit of the GES, Ms Cassandra Twum Ampofo, indicated that initial analysis of the results showed that more than 50 per cent of the candidates obtained A1-C6 in all core subjects.
The core subjects are Maths, Science, English and Social Studies. “This is an impressive performance. Congratulations to you all,” the statement said.
The GES used the opportunity to appreciate heads of schools, teaching and non-teaching staff for the very good work done.
