Queen of Tanzanian Tourism and Author Speak on Children's Book About Tanzania - Tonight at 6pm!

When Haitian-American Author Cindy Similien came across the Queen of Tanzanian Tourism Justa Lujwangana's website, Curious on Tanzania , she was inspired to write a children's book about the country. Ms. Lujwangana started Curious on Tanzania to showcase what her homeland had to offer and contribute to the social economic growth of the country.

In 2020, Ms. Similien was planning to visit the Tanzania, seeking the services of Ms. Lujwangana; however, her plans were derailed due to the COVID-19 global pandemic. As an award-winning author and community advocate, she was able to turn an unfortunate situation around. She transformed her newfound love for the country into a children's book.

"T is For Tanzania: An Alphabet Book" is sure to be an inspiration to both children and adults alike. It introduces readers to the beauty of the country and its national gems, including the Serengeti, Mount Kilimanjaro, etc. The book is now available at Barnes & Noble.
