She has also founded two social enterprises namely The Ghana Studentpreneur Forum that seeks to support student entrepreneurs to promote and market their businesses through exhibitions and trade shows and The Hepzibar Project that supports young enterprising ladies to gain technical and vocational skills training for empowerment and livelihood.

Ms Addo-Twum has a 10 year experience in youth mentoring and facilitation. Due to her passion for women empowerment, she has  worked with many women centered organizations like the Women in Leadership International (WILI) and the Woman Rising Organization(WRO) to help women gain recognition and empowerment inorder to impact their communities.

She has recently been admitted into the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) Network. Aside working as an administrator of a cosmetology school, she is the youth facilitator and coordinator at the International Central Gospel Church (ICGC) in Ghana.

Ms Addo-Twum is the official events planner for the Charles Buckman Foundation, the country director for changing Minds Ghana and a team member of the Africa Summit on Entrepreneurship and Innovation, headquartered in Kenya.

She has just been accepted into the African Seasoned Speaks Network and the Mentor Africa Foundation which will focus on areas such as vocational training, mentoring, women and youth empowerment, events consultation as well as Human Resource(HR) practices.

She previously worked in various capacities such as the country manager for Margan Clinical Research Organization, HR Manager for Starbites Food & Drinks and the HR & Logistics Executive for OML Africa; an HR outsourcing Company with offices in Ghana and the United Kingdom(UK).

Some major events she has been involved in include the Shine Awards, The CEO Summit, Woman Rising Expo, Ghana Studentpreneur Expo 2018 and The International Mentorship & Volunteering Summit & Awards 2018 .

With all her experiences and educational background, she continuous to excel in her field as a motivator, mentor, facilitator and consultant.
