Determination, perseverance, passion and commitment always pay. These are values that successful people like Mr Scofray Nana Yaw Yeboah, Director General of Zoweh Global Consult, Ghana, always trumpet. Nana Yaw Yeboah was recently recognised and awarded at the Crans Montana Forum held in Dakhla, Morroco, where he was inducted into the 2019 class of the New Leaders for Tomorrow.
Nana Yaw did Visual Arts at the Senior High School level and went into entrepreneurship. He then got the opportunity to teach at a school at Begoro. While there, he was selected among a group of people to undergo training in self actualisation and personality development. He got back from the training hoping to put his newly acquired skills into use. Unfortunately, life coaching was not a well-known discipline at the time. He, therefore, decided to go and study micro computer technology and then later, Electronics Engineering. He worked with a security company installing security systems for about two years but his passion for coaching which he developed after undergoing the self-actualisation and personality development training got stronger and led him into full time coaching and training people in leadership skills, thus the birth of Zoweh Global Consult in 2013.
Zoweh Global Consult is committed to building networks that empower and create transformation in the world through mentorship. They have 5 training packages that they developed on their own but can also design specific packages to meet the needs of the customers. Their training packages are:
1. Enhanced Workplace Communication Training
2. Work Philosophy and Customer Experience
3. Psychology in the Classroom
4. Strategic Leadership and Team Performance
5. Personal Branding for Strategic Leadership Positioning
They also advice investors on the areas to invest in and the dos and donts that investors should know about the particular areas they are investing in.
Nana Yaw ventured into international waters and was key in founding an NGO in South Africa called the Strategic Leadership Initiative Training, Africa (SLIT Africa). He partners other Consulting firms and NGOs in different countries to train young entrepreneurs, small business owners and campus-led organisations in leadership and entrepreneurial skills. Those in the Senior Secondary Schools are not left out. The student leadership is taken through a programme called the Young Leadership Transformational Summit.
How He Got to Know about Crans Montana
Mr Scofrey Yeboah was introduced to Crans Montana through a friend. He said that his first encounter with the Forum at the Dakhla 2019 meeting in Morocco had been very good. Having been called into the Class of Youth Leaders 2019, Scofrey Nana Yaw Yeboah said that it was a good opportunity to get to know what others in other parts of the world like himself are doing. He said that it offers the opportunity to network and promote the individual brands of the Class of Youth Leaders. Future Plans

He said that Africa has a leadership problem and the future leaders must possess the necessary skills to take up the reigns in the near future. He said that he was hopeful that with the Crans Montana platform he would be able to raise his brand to a higher level.
In Ghana, Nana Yaw was listed among the 50 most influential young Ghanaians in 2015 and 2016 and in 2019, he got listed among the top 100 most influential speakers in Ghana. Again in 2016, he was nominated for the African Youth Awards.
