Ghana Post has announced to the general public that the school placement checker cards used for checking SHS placements are now available at the various Ghana Post offices across the country.
Checker card is being sold at GHC6 for one and Ghana Post staff are readily on standby to assist students check their schools.
The Ghana Education Service (GES) recently released the placements of 423,134 students who have successfully made it under the 2018 Computerized School Selection and Placement System (CSSPS).
This is out of 521,710 total registered candidates. It means 67,382 could not be placed under the system.
The over 400,000 will also begin the double track system introduced by government.
The system, which begins this September will see one sect of students in school whiles others are on vacation.
It against this background that Ghana Post is urging students to visit any nearest branch of the company.
According to the Head of Corporate Communications at Ghana Post Company, Kobi Hemaa Osisiadan-Bekoe, staff of Ghana Post are also on standby to assist with the checking process.
She said "some of the branches that provide e-service also assist parents and wards in checking results."
