Devtraco Plus has for the 7th year in a row designed a new luxury apartment, NoVA, at Continentia Road in Roman Ridge, Accra. A model of the luxury apartment was unveiled at Kempinski Hotel in Accra by Yoofi Grant, CEO of Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC), Joseph Aidoo, CEO for Devtraco and Prophet Gideon Danso, Founder of Empowerment Chapel.
The NoVA is offering the oppourtunity for investors to invest in the apartments. An $85,000 property will offer returns of $10,000 annually. A NoVA 1 bedroom apartment makes 12 per cent returns on USD. The real estate investment comes with two income sources: Annual Property Appreciation of 5 per cent and Annual Rental yields of 12 per cent. Tenants pay security deposits which is restored when they leave leading to capital appreciation.
The building plan for the NoVA project has a hotel in the middle, residential appartments at the edges of the building, a gym, concierge services, rooftop swimming pools and a multi sports center. The retail space on the groundfloor also has a cafe, lounge, restaurants, kids centre at the back, a massage parlour, laundry services and a business centre.
The CEO of GIPC, Yoofi Grant, in a short speech said this was the first of many good things to come to Devtraco and encouraged all to invest in the housing project. Devtraco Plus, a subsidiary of Devtraco has existed for the past seven years with several projects such as Acasia, Edge, Palmers Place, Avant Garde, The Niiyo and West Cantonements.
Clients of Devtraco include Nestle, MODEC, Lincoln School and Multichoice. Their apartments are characterised by cutting edge designs, attractive locations, quality furnishing, world class fixtures, secure rentals and more.
